I feel so grateful to be here and be present in such beauty. When I came here and saw the view I share with you in my video today, I just cried – like deep in my belly kind of cry.
It brings me back to the basics of how I spend my time and moving out of cycles of rush rush and too busy. This brings me to one of my most essential teachings, Red Thread Cafe.
