This week Shiloh Sophia and Jonathan have been at MUSEA campus in Sonoma filming a refined Apothecary painting curriculum, which has evolved since their original online course last year. This time Jonathan is teaching side by side with Shiloh for a more full and conceptual experience.
Over 300 women and men have been through this cosmic experience, including four on-location workshops in Sonoma, New Orleans and Sydney Australia.

APOTHECARY : Tragedies to Remedies
Dear Ones,
After 10+ hours of filming for two days with a camera crew, we made our Apothecary ‘movie’ for our upcoming June course. In 100 degree weather in Sonoma! This is the first time Jonathan was in front of the camera the whole time! We have been working on this content for about two years. Phew. Did someone say crucible?
This class was entirely his idea, and his Intentional Creativity ® Curriculum. We have worked together ongoing to create the flow of information to be the most succinct, potent and duplicatable. Because we truly want IC Teachers to be able to teach it! Yes, we think it is that good and important. AND it is geared toward all genders! People often ask us to create classes where men can come, and we have. This is it.
So often creativity is thought of as something women do…but truly this can be a heart opener and story-changer for all of us. We truly invite you to bring the men in your life to the canvas. Jonathan agreed to do this, be in front of the camera, because I told him it was important for the men in our community….those men connected with women in Intentional Creativity.
With Jonathan’s history as a dairy farmer, losing his dad at a young age, his Veteran experience and the tragedy that came from that, then close to 30 years as chef and sommelier in the food world, he has quite a story to tell. And the way he has worked with transforming frustration into determination. He shares his story in the course, addressing PTSD directly.
I also share, some of the hardest stories I am working with that are impacting my entire future…(insert ugly cry face here). But we don’t just go dig up old stories…rather we are ONLY looking at the stories which keep us from feeling how we want to feel in our lives. The idea is to keep moving towards that which you want….but not stuff you want to have in your life…rather, how you would want to FEEL if you were free within. Basically, we move stuck energy with a paintbrush.
We work with Intentional Creativity®, quantum physics, alchemy, energy psychology, emotions, sensations, the field, self as container, the heart and so much more to bring you this rich curriculum. Jonathan also offers a potent teaching on Self Agency, with a look at subjugation and freedom through exploring cultural bias and embeddedness.
We use the metaphor of the apothecary, as the place to keep your personal medicine, and invite you to create your own antidotes to what ails you. YOU become the medicine maker. You learn to transform the energy, language and image of things that have held you back, into power, your antidote.
This is a healing journey of grand proportion that you have likely never experienced before…it is singular in what arises. Even if you have looked at your stuff over and over, you haven’t looked at it like this. And at the end you will have a very cool painting to represent the physical work that was done. So often healing work is almost invisible, as it happens in the mind, the body and energy – this process makes it VISIBLE and believable. Which helps our eyes to see, our brain to believe and our energy to shift. It pretty much rocks.
