Dear Ones,
I am writing today to explore the idea that the ONLY thing you have any control over is your thoughts. Thoughts that are a combination of the brain and heart collaborating for your good invite the body to participate. A lot of things feel out of our control or even capacity to collaborate right now. Is there something we can do? Yes.
I believe we can choose consciousness by choice. I believe it is essential – and it isn’t really that easy. Most of us have tried it. Because changing how your thoughts work doesn’t just happen by thinking a new thought over and over. You have to actually DO SOMETHING about it to make it real. The science behind it is clear – you have to believe yourself to make the change.
How do you begin to believe yourself and begin to have co-creative power with your thoughts?
In Intentional Creativity, we work with painting, writing, meditation, movement and the quantum field to MAKE REAL a new potential reality regarding your thoughts being shaped by your identity. Because this new potential exists in FORM – the wave has collapsed into particles you can observe in the form of your painting and writing – it is much more believable. You are having an EXPERIENCE of and SEEING the change. All of you is involved – the whole self is invited to the party.
Patterns can change in as little as a few hours, and in 4 days, new synapses are firing in consistent ways. What if we spent 7 days together in the quantum field creating a way to work with our consciousness that was truly revolutionary?
So much of what we could know has been hidden from us. The ancient mysteries remain elusive. The Library of Alexandria went up in flames. People have been killed for the knowledge they hold. Knowing what you know, is dangerous business. What if you could make a piece of epic art that was a codex of knowing what you know? Holding the mysteries hidden with you? We aren’t going into the past for this, we are going into the future.
