Join Kayleen Asbo, singer-songwriter Robin O’Brien,
painter Shiloh Sophia McCloud and local poets
for the grand finale of our Women and the Search for Wisdom exhibit
as we explore the theme of the return to Paradise
through the empowering figure of Mary Magdalene.
Come for wine, cheese, cupcakes, story and song
as we celebrate the reclamation of Mary Magdalene
—for centuries maligned as a prostitute, but now
reclaiming her rightful (and original) place as the Apostle of Apostles,
a woman of strength, courage and insight,
lauded by Pope Francis as a role model for all humanity.
