When I write my Red Thread Letters I imagine I am with you. I may know you or you may be new to my life and work. Either way, in my spirit I imagine I am where you are. I have always done this – but studying quantum physics with my husband Jonathan really brought it home. The Red Thread is physical symbol, that you can also imagine with your mind, and when I say I am sending it to you with love – you can choose to feel it. Now that might sound woo woo – but in the world of electrons and bio-photons it is actually not that far fetched.
The space we create of receiving that energy along the red thread, allows us to participate within the field that gets created through our intention. Pretty cool huh? We, as humans have often said – I am sending you my love – or I am with you in spirit. What we might not have known, is that we actually ARE doing that – it isn’t concept, and while it is magical, it isn’t magic either. I love that. And I love teaching these ideas.
When I film I do the same thing, like in my upcoming free class, Finding Feminine Flow, I truly SEE MYSELF SEEING YOU. FEEL MYSELF FEELING YOU. I am praying with my whole heart, that it reaches you where you are…..this is how I like to live. Intentionally – and actually what I enjoy so much about my work. Having a global community of thousands of women, many of which I haven’t even met – but feel connected to, is truly awe-some. Thank you for being a part of that cosmic happening!

Not unlike the quote from Rilke – I feel like my videos and classes wait for you to look at them and then they sparkle. As if they have been waiting for you to come to seem them in order to come to life. I like living like this. My mom Caron taught me that quote when I was a little girl and the concept of the star, the flower, the sea, or you, waiting for me as I am waiting for you/it, is a good way to live.
Today we are in the studio in Sonoma getting ready for our last class of the year. So many good memories since we moved here, of gathering with friends and family. I am very grateful to have a classroom. Yesterday I got to have a cafe time with one of Sue Hoya’s best friends, Lana. She asked me what my vision was – the first thing that came out was that I am a temple keeper. It isn’t always easy to manage community space. The time in between gatherings, the classroom just sits….and it is expensive to maintain if you aren’t having events all the time too – but it is mine to do. So, I am.
