Over a week ago Jonathan and I led a class together for close to 200 women and men called APOTHECARY : Medicine Painting. The concept for the class was his idea, Tragedies to Remedies, and as it turns out, we needed a lot of that kind of medicine. Our potent group went to work as alchemists to transform stuck energy and old stories into something we could use in our lives. As a soldier and a chef, he has a lot of experience with moving through stress and trauma and finding beauty and resolution.
A few years ago we had the gift of taking one of the top leadership trainings in the world. We loved it, and….we felt a lot was missing too that could have been there. At least for me, as a mystic poet and painter, the life force and flow felt hidden. Yet, in truth, I was activated. The title had the words ‘self expression’, yet there wasn’t anything I could call self expression in the curriculum. Jonathan loved it. Right after this experience we took a week long vacation in paradise, and guess what we did on vacation? In addition to mojitos and splashing in the sea… we wrote the first draft of the PRISM Personal Leadership Training course.
Now we have taught it to hundreds of people all over the world over four years. Each time, we refine, revisit, restore, rewrite, renew and look at what is happening in the world. And I love teaching with my husband because not only is he so smart, he is also a goofball. Plus, he can explain things to me that don’t make sense and suddenly, POP I got it. Our morning cafe’s are filled with poetry, inquiry, and quantum physics. We study all the time. Not just because of cookies for the mind – but rather because we want to be in alignment – in alignment with the universe and how it operates. We don’t want to push the river, we want to put our boat in and ride.

Then, upon our return we are teaching a virtual edition online with guests Jena Owen and Andrew Johnstone.
