Color of Woman started in 2010 when I dared to change my business model from one of selling my paintings, to one where I taught others to make the healing paintings I was making. Now instead of a few hundred paintings of my own, there are tens of thousands of paintings from our global community.
Here are some exciting numbers about where we are year-to-date for 2021:
- We reach over 100k people per month
- We have 500 Intentional Creativity Certified Educators
- We have 1,100 active students
- We have an iMusea community app with over 1,400 members
- Our museum, founded last year during the pandemic, has over 600 members
- We have over 10k women connecting in our Red Thread Cafe Classroom
- We have provided close to 200k of scholarships just in the past 7 months
- Last year we created jobs equaling over 600k and this year over 341k to our Intentional Creativity Guild graduates and faculty.
- We have provided complimentary quality education to over 5,000 people in over 76 countries.

So yes, I KNOW we are doing the work. My Elders charged me to carry the torch. They believed in me and I haven’t given up or given in. Instead, I keep giving because I see how this work changes lives.
