Dear Ones, today’s Red Thread Letter is a special reading I filmed just for you. Will you have cafe with me for 10 minutes? Do you have time to slow down and listen? You likely won’t regret it. Dear Ones,
Often times we find it surprising that someone can choose to stay in a toxic relationship, a job they loathe or keep living a life that is not in service to the longing of their soul.
Yet we can forget how hard it is to leave what we’ve always known, release the cherished beliefs and strongholds that have kept us ‘safe’ or that are familiar, perhaps since the day we were born.
Saying yes to a new story can come with grief and pain as you peel back the layers that are ingrained into the very fabric of your being, to become the archeologist of your inner landscape and discover the hidden layers that await you. With Intentional Creativity, your paintbrush becomes your archeologist’s brush as you slowly uncover more of your true identity. Over time, the pain gets easier and the grief turns into compost for your journey of newfound empowerment and commitment to living your own codex. Before you know it, you are ready for the next great adventure!
The Great Mountain Reading is for anyone who is ready to exit the old paradigm of systems that have been created by those who do not have our best interest in mind. This is an invitation to chart a new course – off the map of pleasing others, devaluing your worth or softening your voice for the sake of others. Sometimes choosing yourself will make you feel like an outcast as you exit default settings that have been familiar. Consider being okay with this discomfort, knowing that the reward is far greater when you choose YOU.
As we look towards Color of Woman starting October 1st, it brings me great joy to see women who are choosing to say YES to their soul work, knowing that the journey will not be easy, but at the end, they can truly live from the heart of who they are and give the gifts they were born to give.
Today I am enjoying the last day of our Prima Materia retreat with such incredible women, amazing discoveries and teaching with my love, Jonathan McCloud. A few photos are below.
