New Moon Greetings,
I am writing this evening to share my course ANTHROPAS with you. A noetic voyage into Metacognitive Consciousness for 13 moons. When the Vision came through, it felt like a bolt of lightning and a full mind and heart yes! I was lit up, my body was quaking. True insight can feel orgasmic. When you know what is yours to create, you say yes! A calling comes through with force, flair and a craving for form. I am honored to share this with you, it is for the awakening of our people.

Here’s a little bit of what you might experience…
- The painting you make will be intuitive, abstract, layered, textured, daring and loving. This will be healing as well as catalytic and playful.
- You will be invited to paint energy and essence, painting the invisible and becoming intimate with abstract concepts as if you have new friends.
- You will shape your own template for being and step out of patterns that don’t belong to you, that no longer serve you.
- You have your own codex within you…but you have to go in…in order to find out. Let’s explore access together.
- You will paint the most amazing painting you have ever seen…your own. (Yes sort of like the face of your own baby, because it came from you)
A vision can feel so mystical when it comes, yet trying to put metacognitive consciousness onto the digital page is almost laughable! Will the cosmos fit in a teacup? I did my best to lasso the stardust! I build these pages myself and it is a labor of love. How did I do?
For 8 years I have painted a layer every moon on a giant painting (over 4 ft.) with hundreds of women around the world. This is my creative spiritual practice. I invite you to join me for the ride. You don’t need any art experience, we will show you the way…if you have always wanted to paint, this is it.
You might wonder, what is Anthropas? Come peruse the invitation! It will likely be entertaining, insightful and I hope, beautiful to see all the images and language marshaled towards this hope. I am also sharing incredible paintings from women in my community who have journeyed with me in the 2018 and 2019 yearlong courses, you will be amazed!
Today I am in the studio, resting, painting, writing, dreaming, listening to the Fall wind. When I start a big course, I make art around it for insight, so today I am working on the curriculum in painting form. This is a really wonderful part of my life work. I will admit it, this has been a strange and tough year. My painting and writing practice is what keeps me grounded and centered, and brings pure joy into my life every single day. I am so grateful to the Great Beings, for art as a path of service. This is my ministry.
This week, I am looking forward to my friend and colleague Jassy Watson and her husband Luke joining us from Australia. They are here for the Tree Woman Workshop and to spend time playing together, this will be our third time together as couples too, sweetness.
