Red Thread Letter #778 : Hot Mess
Every once in a while it is time to cut loose. To laugh your ass off!
I will never forget the day I made this video – and Jonathan laughing behind the camera as I let it rip!
If it floats your boat, then plan on joining us for a re-run of this course, Legend happening mid-January. If you plan to join us for Color of Woman 2020, this is required. If you don’t plan to join us this year, then consider it ‘just because’ it would be so rad to let your own ‘hot mess’ join the party.
Color of Woman 2020 Applications due this weekend – this is our Intentional Creativity Teacher Training available online with optional gatherings around the world…
Dear One,
Hello! I am sending a little laughter your way! The truth is I saw the hat and sunglasses and bought them on a whim the day before this was recorded. I sent Jena C. Owen a copy of the receipt and the items and said – “add it to the expenses for the course” as a joke. But then it got real.
I really didn’t know what I was going to do. I am spontaneous to a fault lol. When Jonathan asked me my plan as I put on the leopard coat before he let the camera roll I just shrugged.
You see, in the culture of Cosmic Cowgirls, we often play with an altar/alter ego to get to some of the composted stuff that lies beneath unearthed. I didn’t know what was going to happen, I let the feeling rise up and then KAPOW – she was out there, my hot mess. I hope you enjoy! LOL

Yesterday I filmed World Soul Class with Intentional Creativity Teacher, Adriana Medina, and then went on to teach Rose’ and Roses in Tiburon last night. HA! ~ The life of an artist. This weekend I will be resting from my labors. Bringing Intentional Creativity to my community is truly a joy. Thank you for tuning in!
It was so great broadcasting live from MUSEA yesterday for World Soul with the amazing Adriana Medina, Color of Woman 2019 Graduate and Intentional Creativity Teacher! You can still join us and watch at your own pace.
P.S. I am about to sign off for the next few weeks! This is my last invitation to join us for Color of Woman 2020. For those of you who are a last minute looky-lou-lou :), applications are due now. Sunday night being the very last second to apply.
We have received over 83 applications from all over the world and have accepted close to 50 of those applicants.
Our class for 2020 is made up of women who are teachers, healers, artists, doctors, therapists, shamans, energy workers, professors, and medicine women who know that Intentional Creativity is the next place on their path. Plus, they want to devote close to a year to their own sacred soul work. Imagine yourself on a quest where you paint 5 major life-changing archetypes which exist within you…you will never look at yourself the same. Color of Woman draws out the invisible self and invites her to the canvas in full color. For many, THIS is the change they were looking for that will amplify the fullness of their work.
You have your own content, context and curriculum and Color of Woman is the place that gets revealed. Every time. Every woman.
And maybe best of all, Color of Woman is an initiation into our chosen Lineage of Intentional Creativity. We are planning to stay together as a colorfully woven tribe until the end of our days. Our teachers are as young as 17 and as eldered as 81 years old – this is for you if you want to share your gifts and know that creativity is the essential ingredient.
Blessings to each of you on your path. I am grateful for you. More than you will ever know. I am ever so grateful to my mom, Caron McCloud for teaching me to love the way I love. Unreasonable love is the matrix in which I was knitted together.
With joy and peace in my soul,
~ Maestra Shiloh Sophia
I hadn’t planned on joining Color of Woman, but it was such a strong call from my soul, that I just had to listen to it! If I would have started thinking about it, I would have found all kinds of excuses for not doing it!
I gifted myself with this training for my 60th birthday. I wanted to do something special and celebrate, instead of becoming depressed about becoming a “senior” citizen ….
This year has been the greatest adventure of my life that culminated in the “in-person” graduation gathering in Santa-Cruz! I don’t have words to express how grateful I am to have followed this training and met Shiloh Sophia, the Intentional Creativity team and all the beautiful women who walked on this path with me. There is such a strong connection thanks to the Red Thread and so much loving support. It’s like if the pieces of the puzzle are now coming into right places and the voice of the critic is more and more replaced by the voice of the Muse, thanks to the fact that I am finally prioritizing creativity in my life. So if you feel called, don’t start thinking about it, trust your inner wisdom and go for it!
